Help with factory reset

I just bought the Lumia 900 and I want to give my Focus to a coworker who has never owned a smart phone. How do I wipe this phone clear so that it is the same as the day I bought it? I have everything from the Focus that I want either on my computer or 900. How do I do this? Thanks to anyone who can help me with this.
