Help with my lumia phone

Hi all
I have lumia 1520 and i made a recovery by WDRT and its now on w8.1.
The problem is when im trying to add my MS account ti sing in, it wont connect and still loading then getting try again later.
Phone was restarted, reset and re download the firmware again but the problem still.
Any one help me pls.

Did you update the phone to the latest version of Windows Mobile for that device and try again? Can you sign in to your MS account normally using a standard web browser?

No, updates to the latest version are not installed due to an error in the build i think and
for that reason i made a recovery.
For signing in using web browser its ok no matter but the w8.1 is not accepting sign in to MS account.
All accounts are able to sign but this one still.
I wanna just sign in to download insider app to upgrade os to w10.

What is the error code if any? Try setting the date/time/time zone manually and see if that works. I had this problem one time and that worked.
