Here Drive Isn't Showing Up in the Store

All Here apps can be found using Sysapp pusher app. Used it today to reinstall Here drive+

With my Lumia 520, Sysapp Pusher is showing two unknown versions of Here Drive+ but both show "Item not available" and "This item isn't available in the Store" when I try to install them. Why are some people having success with some phones and others are not?

Does anyone know with absolute certainty that I would get Here Drive+ back if I did a Hard Reset on my 520?

The answer to my question is no - Here Drive+ was not restored when I did the Hard Reset. So, I guess unless the Apps Developer, Here.com, stops dragging their feet & fixes the "supposed" issues with Here Drive+, I will have lost a valuable navigation tool that I feel I paid for when I purchased my phone...

The apps apparently have not been available at the WP Store for months from what info I've been able to find so the response from Here.com seems fishy to me. Just how long does it take to fix an issue with apps that had been working just fine for years? Perhaps the fact that the Here products were purchased by Audi, BMW, and Mercedes in the last few months has something to do with the apps being unavailable?

The here collection is there since last update they had, others have been there for months. Always fail to update... Annoying

The more I look into the disappearance of these apps, the more it looks like we as Windows Phone users are getting kicked to the curb. I'm seriously starting to wonder if WP is going to be around much longer...
