I recently switched to a Galaxy S8 but still have W10M a Idol 4S which is for my computer business.
So I bought a Samsung Gear Fit2 it's the closest to band 2 I could find. I just paid $149.99 got $50 off on amazon it was on sale.
I was really simple to set up.
And it's a AMOLED display.

I'm also thinking Ionic.... in fact I just texted my wife that's what I want for Christmas. It has sleep monitoring, killer battery life (4-5 days), it's water proof, and the bands are easily replaceable, so if they crack someday....

Also has NFC payment capability, music control, which I really miss from my Band2 and many other cool features. O, almost forgot, FitBit is still a big supporter of Windows 10 Mobile!!!! I couldn't believe it when I sat that, iOS, Android and Windows! This may be the only smart watch on the market that advertises support for W10.

Just patched the first crack on my 3rd Band 2 :( That means I have 3 to 6 months before battery failure. I think Garmin also supports Windows 10.
