Here maps for Windows rt

Is there anyway to get here maps on a windows rt device other than the Nokia tablet? I was hoping i could use a proxy server as we do for wp8 apps?

Currently HERE Maps is exclusive to the 2520. Nokia might license HERE for the S2 now that their board approved the sale of their hardware division to Microsoft.
