HERE Navigation - Phone Becomes an Inferno

Anyone else have this problem? I'm trying to ditch my Garmin, but right now I'm concerned about my phone being so hot. I like to leave the Navigation running anytime I'm in my car, even if it's not actively guiding me. Battery life when doing this (and Bluetooth streaming from local stored music) appears that it will be in the 2 - 2.5hr range.
