Hey Cortana not working when screen is off

I updated my 930 to Denim today, and I've set up Hey Cortana but it will only work when the screen is on and the phone is unlocked. Anyone else have this problem? Anyone know the solution?

One thing is when the battery saver kicks in then it turns it off. That's fine, but it doesn't turn it on again when charged.

You can enable that in battery saver settings.


And it's still not working for me even with "with above lock" enabled. :/

Is your region and phones language the same ?
I think it has to be to even have hey cortana functioning, but check anyway. And is it allowed to run in the background ?

Thanks for your help guys but it's started working, completely randomly!
Literally the only thing that changed was that I moved from my parents home in Birmingham back to my flat in London. Maybe Cortana hates the midlands.

Had a nice Warning message when trying to Launch "Softcard"

Answer.. in general settings Between "Backup assistant Plus" and "Motion Data"
Simple " Hey Cortana" option that leads to a voice training app.
