Hi, I have the Microsoft Lumia 535 and the software is Windows 10 preview, i already have the windows 10 preview for a while and, I reset my phone today because some apps wouldnt open so i reset it. It takes a little while to reset but then it completes the reset but when it completes reseting, the phone shows a sad smiley and after 5 seconds it turns off and then it turns on and it always does the same thing. Please help me, what should I do?

Thankyou for your attention

First thing, is the phone charged? Second do a soft reset (press and hold the volume and power button at the same time until the phone vibrates, then let go)

Keep us updated

Download the windows phone recovery tool (google/bing search for it) and use it to downgrade back to 8.1 :) The program is fairly simple, so you can just follow whatever is on the screen :) Stay calm and don't panic

Make sure your PC has all the latest updates before trying to download and install this recovery tool. Like Ven mentioned, remove all instances of this program first, then go to windows update, and make sure you install all updates including optional ones, reboot computer, check for updates again, repeat, then once your sure you have all the latest updates for your PC, then try downloading the recovery tool again.

Well, I've never had this problem myself, but here's something you could try if you're using a windows 8/8.1 PC. The important step, I think is to right click on the installer and "run as administrator".

Give it a try and let us know if you're able to finally get this installed and working.
