hi my lumia 1320 is acting crazy,

i want to know if this is a software issue or a hardware, i just bought this 5 days ago and its showing this kind of problems while i'm texting it suddenly goes to bing then on the photos then on microsoft office all by herself which really kinda scary and disheartening since i bought this brand new, it opens all by herself without me touching it and there are no notifiations and i even dissable the glance, any help pls

This is a known issue. Your Lumia 1320 is actually a guy and it didn't take well to your referring to him as a lady. Apologize and call it bro from now on. Check back and let us know if this fixes the issue.

Seriously i want to know if this is a hardware or software issue. I've already updated my phone to denim. It flips over from app to another then the screen becomes distorted
