I've been having lots of problems with IE11 not displaying many elements of web pages that I access, including title bars, images, and necessary scripts. I never had this issue with IE10 on WP 8.0. I just determined that this is due to having High Contrast Mode turned on.

Compare these screenshots, one from IE11 (with HCM on) and one from UC Browser. #1 #2

In WP 8.0 with IE10, my recollection is that High Contrast Mode didn't apply to IE at all. Especially when we have Reading Mode in IE11, HCM really shouldn't apply to it. HCM reduces a lot of visual clutter, which is very helpful for me as someone with vision problems - I really don't want to have to turn it off.

I've sent this feedback to MS. I'm sharing this info in case it's helpful to anyone else, and I'm curious if anyone shares my experience.

Yeah. I also realized that HCM affects the email app as well. While it's on it seems like all HTML is disabled.
