I have a new Surface Pro 3 i7 512Gb Version. After i mount a sdxc card, the card is recognized and all is fine. After i turn the surface off and start it, the CPU usage of the two serviece called System and System interrupt spike quite high. Both use approx 15% of the cpu so its stucked at about 30%. When i restart the surface while windows was still on the cpu is normal at about 1% idle.
Whats the driver name of the sd card reader in your device manager of the surface pro 3? Mine is a simple microsoft driver.
