High disk usage, can't figure out what services cause it :(

Have been experiencing poor performance on my laptop, whenever that happens Task manager shows 95-100% disk usage:
1. Most of the times it's either System with 30-80% of usage or AntiMalware protection with 35-50%
2. Sometimes superfetch with 40-55%
3. Just recently, background agent for some UWP uses up to 70% (for short period -few seconds-)

Edge used to do this, turns out it's AdBlocker uninstalled, don't know what to do here :\

Use Resource Monitor > Disk tab > DIsk activity > 'Total' column - it's much better and you'll see the exact file/program.

As stated in previous post and showed on image you should be able to spot the problem in resource monitor tab of Windows Task Manager.

Moreover, if the system is problem, then, maybe windows 10 is a little bit too OP for your PC.
