Highest connection speed - 4G? - Lumia 950

Hi,

I'm a Canadian on the Rogers network and notice that the 'Highest Connection Speed' setting only offers speeds up to 4G. Rogers was painfully careful to tell us all that LTE is much faster than 4G. So the question is, am I getting an LTE connection and how would I prove it?
