Hope That scrolling improves across the board

I hope that this update will be scrolling better in some apps that jitter. I also hope that ie 11 will stick to your finger when your drag it across the screen espicialy on a heavy webpage.

I am not quite sure that this is an OS issue, I haven't had any problems what so ever scrolling through pages, but I'm on a different device than you. So, it's likely that its the phone, not the OS.

Apps that do this that i know of is Spotify playlists and Xbox Music playlists.
