Household Xbox Game Pass

Not sure if this has already been covered, so apologies if it has, but I've bought my 10 year son an Xbox series S for Christmas, I have an Xbox One X. Can we share the same game pass, and use it at the same time, or will I have to buy a separate one for him. If it is possible to share the pass is there a parental settings I can put on it, that would only effect his Xbox. Thanks in advance.
