How am i supposed to use iheartradio from India ?

I am living in India. And I am a huge fan of iheartradio on windows 8.1
After upgrading to W10, whenever i try to open this app, i am greeted with a message "user country is not supported". Why is this occuring ? Is there any way i could continue using this app ? If no, is there any alternative for iheartradio ?
