How big(size) is 8.1 Dev Update update on Lumia 1520?

I'm wondering what's the size of the update because it downloaded pretty fast on my 1520.

May be different region wise.. Are you from US? If so Cortana sis is too heavy
Mine is 390.67MB for sure. I had limited data left, so I exactly monitored the data..

I changed my region to US before installing to make sure I got Cortana.
