How can I access the Micro SDXC card on the 950 operating system?

Fitted a 128Gb card but the 950 will not allow me to select where photos or music can be saved - it just indicates that everything is to be saved to 'Device'

restart the phone and see of there are any prompts to access the card. It might not be recognised by the phone. Which company is the card from?
