How can i change startup sound in Windows 10?

You can't.
And you probably never will be able to do it, because the apps doesn't have access to the system.

Startup sound has been available since at least Windows 3.0. The sounds are controlled in the Control Pane and the tile apps have nothing to do with them.

An MS forum supposedly gives a method to enable the sounds but it doesn't seem to work on my Win 10 machine. It boots very quietly.:eck:

Follow these steps:
1. Go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Sound > Sounds tab, check "Play Windows startup sound and click Apply.
2. Go to Power Options > Choose what the power button do > Change settings that are currently unavailable, under Shutdown settings, uncheck "Turn on fast startup" and click OK.
