How can I change the region in the store to gain access?

store access problem

I have a lumia 1520 and upgraded to windows phone 10.
i can not change region to us so i dont have access to store.
when I change region to US ,after reset region goes back to my home country and can not go to store and get apps

Where are you currently? In USA or somewhere else?
