I want to click image of an falling water droplet using my nokia lumia can some one guide me please asap.

You'll want to set a super-fast shutter speed (like 1/800 or 1/1600) and also try to take the photo in as bright conditions as possible. Depending on what Lumia you have, your results will vary good luck!!!

Is it different with fixed focus 5mp? Will droplet look clear?

You have access to the same settings, but with a fixed focus 5 MP, I don't think any macro photography will look good.
