How Can I Configure Which Notifications I Want to Receive?

I would only like to receive SMS text messages and phone calls.

Inside the MS Health app under manage tiles, just turn on the tiles with the notifications you want (Messaging and Calls) and turn off the ones you don't (ie Mail, calendar, Facebook messenger, etc.)

I wish I could turn off different accounts I want to monitor. I have 3 emails setup on my phone, I only want to see notifications off 2 of them.

I'm with you in this boat. I tried to disable the notifications for the account on the phone itself and it still pushes them to the band. Its really annoying to get my spammy gmail account on my Band. I hope they give us more granular control soon!
