How can I connect to a wifi hotspot? Unable to sign in, keeps saying open, wi-fi sense.

I need to get to the step where I can sign into the account and accept the terms of the site.

Is this with all hotspots or only one?
After you tap the hotspot to connect go IE there you may see the sign in page.
It is possible that you are directed to a page where at the bottom you can see in small print the login for this hot spot.
