How can I create an official 10525 ISO disk?

I have a problem from time to time that my upgrades fail due to "not enough memory to create Ramdisk"

In order to upgrade to th2, I need to do it from a disk / thumb drive. Can anyone point me to an official 10525 ISO download or help me understand the process to create one?

What you are looking for is esd to iso. The esd file is a compressed file format that is much akin to a cab file. The file that you will need is the install.esd file located in the $Windows.~BT\sources directory. Tool and info can be found here:
