How can I disable such background services ?

How can I boost up my post boot windows as many windows background services are running. Which services can be disabled. The problem exist in Windows XP, 7, 8.1 and 10 too. As post service in both XP and 10 i have seen my CPU, Memory & Disk activity running.

you could probably disable the applications that work using background services like onedrive
