How can I disable the Outlook Mail Private Notifications on Windows 10 Mobile?

Whenever my Lumia 930 is locked and I receive an e-mail, a notification shows "Outlook Mail" Private Notification". However, when my phone is not locked, I receive mails and see the messages normally.

Is there a way I can remove these private messages and revert them back to normal outlook mail notifications? I am very annoyed and irritated since these Private Notifications is not convenient for my daily use. I have missed important client emails because of these private notifications. Please help!
