How can I discard the half downloaded files?

how can i discard the half downloaded files.

I am using L730 on Fast ring, while downloading build 10.0.14322.1000 it is stopped due to low storage. Now i am neither resume it nor change the ring. Plz help. i have tried clearing maximum from phone memory.

do a soft rest and try again to download the update
