How can I edit sharing list apps?

I want to do that because it's long list that has options I would never tap on

not sure that is possible at the moment but you can send that suggestion through the windows feedback app
There was a time in one of the builds that the most frequently used app would appear at the top

I am trying to figure out how to "add" apps to the list instead of remove. During my search, I came across this, which might help you. I couldn't find these settings on my Build, but I'm posting it in case you have a different Build and it helps you.
