How can I fix a network error trying to connect to the Vodafone network?

network error trying to connect to Vodafone network

Bought the Nokia 640 LTE from UK and it was working fine. However, I moved recently to India and the phone doesn't connect to Vodafone network. Did a reboot, region change as well as a factory reset. Still doesn't work! Help please!!
