How can I fix a Nokia 640XL screen freezing issue?

Nokia 640XL screen freeze issues

Hi,
I recently got a Nokia 640XL and I installed windows 10 preview. After making calls my screen freezes and I have to take the battery out to restart the phone and things work fine. Has anyone else faced that? Is it a defective device or windows 10 being buggy? Thanks!

nope, I haven't had this issue with 640xl/w10tp. have you tried either resetting the phone or rolling back and reloading the w10 tp?
