Touch Problem

even I've latest software , why touch is unresponsive in lumia 535. I've used temporary glass too problem still remain same

I get a replacement screen at nokia care for free and it is great agian

Biggest question since I bought a Lumia: Does Nokia care repair a Microsoft phone or I have to take it to a Microsoft store?

You can go for either one, its a matter of time since NOKIA boards will be replaced as MS Devices.
