How can I fix error c101b6000

[Windows Central Question]

Last night I tried re-installing my instagram beta app after repeated crashes then it jumped to 50% download and error message c101b6000 popped up and it wouldn't let me download. I tried this for a few hours but it still didn't work. So this morning I did a factory reset and now after doing so I had to re-update all of my apps and none will update because of error c101b6000. I mean i can't even download a flashlight app.
