I have the Windows 8 software, and I've recently encountered problems with Netflix. First of all, it stays on the splash screen for five to ten minutes before it actually loads. When it finally does, I can only watch one show at a time. In other words, once an episode of a show goes off, I can't watch the next episode. I have to close the app and wait another five to ten minutes for it to load again, and the process is unending. When I try to view one episode after another, the screen just goes black and doesn't allow me to do anything else. I've already deleted and reinstalled the app twice now, and there are no updates available for it.
