How can I get find my phone working again?

find my phone no longer working!!!

Nokia Lumia 920 was sent for repair and Tesco Insurance took it upon themselves to update whole phone!!!!!

If I follow your narrative correctly, the case is that the Find My Phone feature stopped working after having it repaired?

Make sure that the mobile number you've entered in your My Phone account in windowsphone.com is correct. My Find My Phone feature didn't want to work once because I mistakenly (due to some form of dyslexia and synesthesia) barely recognized mistyping my mobile number - so make sure that this is correct.
