How can I get my Lumia 928 back to 8.1?

Slow Ring Update No Wifi ;-;

I joined insider a few hours ago and installed the slow ring update, now i cant access wifi, i cant even turn the option. If you cant find a solution please post a link to where i can see how to set my nokia lumia 928 back to 8.1
