How can I get my missing start screen in WP10 10166 back?

Missing start screen in WP10 10166

Okay. I updated my L730 to Win10.. A lot of apps updated itself. And for eg. What's app shows as installed but I can't find it.. This is there with many apps.. Main issue. No start screen. I directly get into all apps list.. Do I need to wait a while? I already tried soft reset. And I'm not a fan of hard reset for now. So please help.! Thanks!

I just updated to 10166 and the All Apps section is completely missing! I just see the search bar at the top...any ideas folks?

Wait for a while.. If not hard reset is the only option
