How can I get my People Hub Live Tile working?

My People Hub live tile is not working

I just recently updated my Lumia 735 to OS build 10.0.14372.0 and after that, my people hub's live tile isn't working.

is people app enabled to run in the background? And have you tried the often quoted solution of soft reset?
