How can I get my sound working after an upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10?

Sound not working after upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10

I did upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 yesterday. The main issue after upgrade is "No Sound". I tried different methods posted in several blogs to change audio playback rate, but no use.

Try reinstalling windows 8.1 sound driver from your manufacturer website. If it says newer driver exist. Remove it and install this
