Touch Screen Not Working
Purchased a Surface after my Lenovo Tablet became stuck in an endless loop of trying to update, failing, restarting, then beginning the process all over again. Purchased a surface tablet assuming MS own flagship product would have updates better tested for its own hardware. Obviously wrong. Touchscreen stopped working after an update (Owned it for about three weeks). I had become quite the Windows fanboy (tablet,phone,desktop,laptop). MS ought charge a commission to Apple for the work they do to turn people to apple. Unfortunately it seems if you don't have the funds to hire an IT department to keep your windows devices "fixed" you will have poor performing devices. Anyway if anyone has any additional ideas on how to fix this problem aside from what's been mentioned love to hear them. Would like to get it fixed before I sell it. Thanks.
