How can I get my Windows 10 reserve working?

my windows 10 reserve Not working

Hello
I went to my computer (detect any 7) and of course I started the reserve ,I pressed the button in the window that First i open.
And the window disappears ,I went back to the window and is show that i have no Problems (have to be the Media Center There).
i restart and It doesn't matter.
What can I do???

Mine doesn't work either. Surface pro 3, even tried running gwx manually and as admin. Nothing happens.
