How can I get rich capture working on my L830?

rich capture not working on L830

i have a lumia 830 and whenever i click a photo with rich capture it clicks but when i click on edit rich capture the camera app just exits..... strange..... is there any solution to this... i can't seem to edit it

Did you try to delete and re-install the camera app?

Yes uninstalled and reinstalled it but no use!

try to clear all the temporary files of your phone. I think it's placed on "storage sensor" (I use spanish version)

as a last resort, you could try a "hard reset" to refresh your phone back to factory settings. Maybe something got corrupted and that could be the fix.
