How can I get the customize tile back on the Kids Corner on my Lumia 930?

I've been trying too find a way to customize the kids corner, but the customize tile is not there. Is there a way to fix that?

In Kid's Corner itself, you should see "Customize", which would enable you to change the background image of the transparent tiles in there.
