How can I get the Microsoft update for other countries other than Iran?

i m from iran and buy a lumia 1020 .in iran microsoft dont send dev update.or very late send it
i change my phone Rom to Filind and select region US and turn off my location
now how i can get the microsoft update for filind or other country in iran
thanks a lot

for Exam:
my frimware version number: 3051.50009.1447.0001 ( after change to filand)
carrier:FILAND cv
os version:8.10.14157.200 ( now in the Dev account it is 8.10.14203.306)
my account is DEveloper

make sure your MSFT account is a developer account， then download pre4dev, then check for updates. Best wishes and good luck .
