Recovery Tool not installing
I am on Windows 10 RTM and my Lumia 640 XL is currently not functional.
I am trying to download recovery tool to restore it, but every time it gets stuck on " Processing Microsoft Visucl C++ 2012 redistributable". It doesn't go past that.
Even to cancel the process, the app never closes, needing to be manually closed by the task manager.
Futhermore, I have tried download Visual C++ manually, but even then, the download gets stuck. Is this a Microsoft issue? Anyway I can bypass that. I really need my phone back, as I use it to work and well... Monday is coming.
