How can I get Windows Phone Apps for Mac?

Windows Phone App for Mac

I'm on El Capitan, tried every possible way to download Windows Phone app for Mac from App Store, in App Store search there's no such app and all web links to app show 'Item Not Available', tried different regions but no luck, can anyone please share this aap or suggest any alternate.

Finally found Easy Transfer on Lumia App Store, its not as fast as USB connection but serving the purpose.

Found an other workaround to transfer large files using USB, not a proper solution but better than WiFi thing as its quite fast.
