how can I get WP 8.1 update 1 on Lumia 925?

My Lumia 925 is Developer Unlocked and is running on 8.10.12397.895. Region set to United States (I live in Bangladesh, South Asia).
But when look for an update it tells me my phone is up to date! Please help.

Are you sure you have the developers preview app? You also need to enable preview updates in the app.

yes, i have the app, and my phone is developer unlock. or how else do i have 8.1!

You can get 8.1 without developers preview. You need developer unlocked phone for Update 1. I doubt it has anything to do with your region. I guess you could try reinstalling the preview for developers app and enable the preview updates again.
