How can I install Windows 10 on an 'old' PC?

How to install Windows 10 on 'old' PC

As a windows insider I used to be able to install win 10 on any 'old' PC, no matter what the (win)os was. Now I struggle to get this done. Is there a link for the ISO? What is the code to be used. Purpose is to use an old PC (used to run Vista) to test Redstone and not 'endanger' my daily driver.

just make sure you do a clean install, not an upgrade
