How can I regain access to my MSN account from my home computer?

I "upgraded" to Windows 10 and Edge, and now cannot sign in to my MSN account on my home computer. MSN tells me I have to set my browser to accept cookies. I tried that, and it made no difference. I can sign in via Outlook, but then I can't access messages stored on my home computer. MSN help told me to contact the Windows 10 help site.
