How can I reinstall an app from windowsphone.com website to my Lumia 735?

Reinstalling app from windowsphone.com website to my lumia 735

tried to reinstall my apps through the windowsphone.com website

but when i try, i get the following message " We couldn't contact your phone. Check your settings and try again"

do i have to change the settings in the website account or in the phone, if so what options do i ave to change and from where?

Make sure your phone is connected to the internet and can download app from Store, check phone setting, Find My Phone, enable all the check boxes.
