How can I sell my UDP Unlimited Data Plan AND keep my number? Is it still possible?

I have a Verizon Wireless account containing one line with the grandfathered Unlimited Data plan. The line is not under contract.

The line is currently on a 1400 minute plan with Unlimited Messages and Unlimited data.

I doubt it. Only way this should work is when your plan can be unlinked from your number - but if you leave your plan, it has no where else to go. Just downgrade?
